OXBOW, Oregon — Road work south of Big Bar could cause delays of up to 30 minutes for motorists traveling between Oxbow and Hells Canyon dams.

Work will begin Nov. 10 and last until mid-December. Traffic will be restricted to one lane through the work area. Drivers should use extra caution and keep an eye out for traffic controls.
