Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
LIHEAP is a federally funded program for qualified households. The program provides a one-time payment (per program year) to assist with heating costs in the winter. Eligibility for LIHEAP is based on a number of factors including household size and income. To apply for this program, contact an energy assistance agency by selecting the city nearest your home below.
Project Share is an Idaho Power program funded by donations from customers and IDACORP shareholders. This program provides a one-time payment of up to $300 per year to assist with heating and cooling costs. Learn more about Project Share and eligibility requirements.
