Enrollment is now open for Idaho Power’s Empowered Community, an online community of customers who provide valuable feedback on customer-related topics.
Idaho Power is working hard to continue providing reliable, affordable, clean energy and would like to hear from customers about how to improve programs and services.
Empowered Community members are invited to share their opinions through short surveys and other activities on topics ranging from outage communications, recreational opportunities, energy-saving programs and more!
Community members participating in monthly surveys are eligible for one of two monthly incentives.
