Idaho Power Delivers Gift Bags to Senior Centers

Idaho Power is proud to give back to the communities we serve. In recent weeks, employees across our service area have been busy donating gift bags to senior centers from Ontario, Oregon, to Pocatello.

Gift bags include LED nightlights and light bulbs, information on Idaho Power’s energy efficiency and energy-assistance programs, word-search activities and more. The company is giving to 40 senior centers, many of which are in rural communities.

“Our community members in their golden years need to feel a sense of connection,” said Education and Outreach Energy Advisor Angie Miller. “Engaging with senior centers helps provide a sense of safety that keeps us all healthier and more connected.”

See below for a list of centers receiving gift bags. Photos of many deliveries are available by request. To learn more about Idaho Power’s community involvement, visit idahopower.com/community.
