Enrollment is now open for Idaho Power’s empowered community, an exclusive online community of customers. Idaho Power created the empowered community three years ago to gather feedback on many customer-centric topics.
empowered community members are invited to share their preferences through short monthly surveys and online focus groups. Community members help us tailor programs and services to meet and better serve customers, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
Topics for feedback range from outage communication to recreational opportunities to energy-saving programs and more! Community members participating in monthly surveys are eligible for one of two monthly $100 prizes. Sign up during February or March for a chance at one of four $250 recruitment incentives!
