Cottonwood Park is a 12‑acre campground located at the Bruneau Arm on the south-side of the reservoir. Facilities at the park include:
- 28 universal campsites
- Three group campsites
- Two vault toilets
- Enlarged marina with new piers
- Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) accessible fishing pier
- A 40-foot wide boat ramp
- Boat docks and boarding structures
- Group shelter and day-use area
- Picnic tables

Campers may use tents or recreational vehicles (RVs) in developed campgrounds or undeveloped areas near the reservoir. Stays are limited to 14 consecutive days. Obey all posted campground rules and keep all motorized vehicles within the posted speed limit.
