Our President and CEO
Meet Lisa Grow, the CEO and President of Idaho Power and IDACORP and the second female engineer ever hired by the company. Over her lifelong career at Idaho Power, Grow has earned the respect of thousands of employees and leaders in the community through her sharp insight and passion for bringing safe, reliable, affordable power to our customers.
