Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

LIHEAP is a federally funded program for qualified households. The program provides a one-time benefit (per program year) to assist with heating costs in the winter. Eligibility for LIHEAP is based on a number of factors including household size and income. Contact an energy assistance agency by selecting the city nearest your home below.

Project Share Program

Project Share is an Idaho Power program funded by donations from customers and IDACORP Inc. shareholders. This program provides a one-time benefit per year to assist with heating and cooling costs. If you, or someone you know needs assistance, contact The Salvation Army, or an energy assistance agency by selecting the city nearest your home.
