Video: Idaho Power Employees Accept May in Motion Challenge to Change Their Commute

Idaho Power is encouraging employees to try bicycling, bus riding, walking, carpooling and vanpooling during May in Motion (MiM), a month-long alternative transportation challenge.

The Ada County Highway District’s (ACHD) Commuteride program inspires Treasure Valley-area employees and recognizes employers with the highest participation rates this month.

Idaho Power’s employees have geared up for MiM since 2007, and the company has been a MiM sponsor since 2008. Idaho Power employees have earned Gold and Platinum recognition awards for finding alternatives to one person, one vehicle commuting.

Follow along with one Idaho Power employee in this YouTube video as she shifts her commute from the daily grind to a relaxing, less stressed round trip.
