Pay With A Check
You can pay your bill by check online or over the phone through NCO Financial, an independent payment service. A $2.85 convenience fee will be assessed per check.

To use a check and pay by phone, call NCO Financial at 1-800-829-5415 between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m., weekdays, or from 6 to 11 a.m. Saturdays. If you use the automated voice response unit when dialing this number, you can make a payment 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-week.
Note: Mondays are the busiest day.
You will be asked for your Idaho Power account number.
If you are paying with a Check By Phone to stop a disconnection, please contact Idaho Power (see below). This will help ensure your power is not disconnected.
For immediate customer service needs or personal assistance, call us at 208-388-2323, or 1-800-488-6151 from outside the Treasure Valley. Our automated phone system will help you access your Idaho Power account 24-hours-a-day. Be prepared to provide your account number.
