Built in 1958, McCormick Park is named after the late Fred McCormick, a 25-year Idaho Power veteran, who was chief engineer during construction of the Brownlee Power Plant.
McCormick
Park is on the Idaho side of Oxbow Reservoir, just downstream of Brownlee Dam.
The park has 34 recreational vehicle (RV) sites with electricity and water hookups.
Tent camping is partly shaded by nearby trees and offers electricity hookups.
The park provides picnic areas, restrooms equipped with shower stalls, an RV
dump station, and a public pay phone located just outside the restroom facilities.
