IDACORP and Idaho Power Company Elect Richard Dahl to Boards of Directors
IDACORP, Inc. (NYSE:IDA) announced today the appointment of Richard J. Dahl to both the IDACORP and Idaho Power Company boards of directors. Dahl currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of International Rectifiers Corp., a supplier of power semiconductors, a position he held since May. Dahl served as president and chief operating officer of Dole Food Company, Inc., a grower, processor and distributor of flowers and produce, from July 2004 to June 2007. He also was Dole Food Company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer from June 2002 through July 2004, and a director from July 2003 through June 2007. Appointed in February 2004, Dahl also serves as a director of IHOP, Corp., a franchisor and operator of IHOP and Applebee's Restaurants.
