Qualified Products
Qualified products include ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washers, refrigerators greater than 7.75 cubic feet in size, ceiling fans with light kit, ceiling fan light kits and light fixtures. Ceiling fans without lights are not eligible for an incentive. The product purchased must be an ENERGY STAR qualified product. For a list of qualified models, visit www.energystar.gov. Idaho Power will not pay incentives for products that are mislabeled, misrepresented or have been removed from the qualified ENERGY STAR product list. Some models that may have previously been certified as ENERGY STAR, may no longer qualify due to updated specifications.

Some products in stores and online may be mislabeled as ENERGY STAR when in fact they have not received the ENERGY STAR designation. Idaho Power can only pay incentives for products that appear on the ENERGY STAR qualified products lists at www.energystar.gov. If you find a product that you believe to be mislabeled, please contact us at homeproducts@idahopower.com. Let us know the product type, brand, model name and model number of the unit and we will forward the information to the EPA/DOE ENERGY STAR program.

De-listed products are not eligible for an incentive payment —refer to www.energystar.gov for the list and timeframe. In addition, Idaho Power will not pay incentives on purchases of pre-owned products or products purchased from a reseller.

Qualified Customers
The incentive payments listed are only applicable to residential customers living in single and multi-family residences, including manufactured and modular homes, with an active Idaho Power account. The product must be installed in a home within Idaho Power’s service area. Incentive payments are only paid to the customer who is listed on the Idaho Power account.

Application Details
Applications must include all information requested. Incomplete or missing information may result in the delay or denial of the incentive payment. Idaho Power reserves the right to conduct random on-site inspections to verify information provided on the application. False information may lead to cancellation of this and future incentive applications and/or a claim by Idaho Power for the return of any incentive.

Incentive Payment
Incentive payment not to exceed the purchase price. Incentive payment qualifications and amounts are subject to change or termination at any time and will be processed on a first come, first-served basis. The Home Products Program issues incentive payments in the form of checks and not utility bill credits.

Endorsement
Idaho Power does not endorse any particular manufacturer, model or product.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Idaho Power neither expressly nor implicitly warrants nor assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the performance, quality, safety, installation or estimated energy and/or cost savings of the product purchased. Applicant agrees to indemnify Idaho Power Company, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each against all loss, damage, expense, and liability arising from any product purchased and/or installed.
