The Winter Payment Plan allows customers to spread the costs of winter heating over five months with lower monthly payments. November through March payments are equal to half of the participant's Budget Pay amount.

Who is eligible? Idaho customers who declare they are unable to pay in full and whose household includes children, elderly, or infirm persons.

Customers already participating in the Winter Payment Plan, who have honored their payment arrangement and whose balance due as of Nov. 1 does not exceed $75, or a one month bill (whichever is greater), will be eligible the following year.
