Idaho Power offers free electronic billing with payment options through CheckFree. It's called “e-bill service” and it’s convenient, safe and reliable.

When you sign up for e-bill service, you will receive an e-mail each month when your bill is available to view. The e-bill will look exactly like your paper bill with all of the same information. You have the option to print the bill and mail your check payment or simply click a button to pay your Idaho Power bill online through Checkfree at no cost.

Idaho Power also offers the following quick, convenient payment alternatives:

• PreferredPay pay your electric bill automatically from your checking account and receive a paper bill indicating the payment amount and date.
• Pay by Credit Card, you can pay online or call NCO Financial, an independent payment service, at 1-800-829-5415 to use a credit card.
• Check by Phone, you can pay online, or call NCO Financial, an independent payment service, at 1-800-829-5415, to pay by check.

For customer service assistance, call Idaho Power at 208-388-2323 from the Treasure Valley area or 1-800-488-6151 from other service areas. Our automated phone system will help you access your Idaho Power account 24-hours daily. Please be prepared to provide your account number.

Personal assistance is available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Please note: Monday is our busiest day. It may be easier to reach us Tuesday through Friday.
