To use a check and pay by phone, call NCO Financial, an independent payment service, at 1-800-829-5415 between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m., weekdays, or from 6 to 11 a.m. Saturdays. If you use the automated voice response unit when dialing this number, you can make a payment 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-week.  Note: Mondays are the busiest day. You will be asked:

• For your Idaho Power account number.
• If you are paying with a Check By Phone to stop a disconnect, please contact Idaho Power (see below). This will help ensure your power is not disconnected.
