For your convenience, you can now use a credit card to pay your bill. You
will be charged a convenience fee based upon the amount of your bill, starting
at $2.85 per transaction.
To use your credit card and pay by phone, call NCO Financial, an independent payment service, at 1-800-829-5415 between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., weekdays and from 6 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
Note: Mondays are the busiest day. You will be asked:
- Which utility you are making a payment for.
- Name on the account, the account number, service address and phone number.
- Your credit card type (Discover, Diners Club, Visa and Mastercard only), number and expiration date.
- What type of payment you want to make (regular payment, scheduled disconnect payment or a reconnect payment).
- Any other additional card information.
- You will be given a 12-digit payment identification number. If you are paying for a scheduled disconnect or a reconnect, you will be asked to call Idaho Power back with your payment identification number.
- It will take four days from the date the payment is made until it is posted to your account.

to provide your account number.
Personal assistance is available weekdays, from 7:30 a.m. to
6:30 p.m., Mountain Time. Please note: Monday is our busiest day. It may be
easier to reach us Tuesday through Friday.
