To participate in the Building Efficiency program, you must complete and submit a Pre-Application. You have two options to pre-apply prior to submitting your Final Application.  You may use the electronic form (recommended), or you may use a printable PDF. 

Electronic Form
You may download and complete an electronic application which can be e-mailed directly to Idaho Power. This form can save time, reduce errors, and make our processing easier and more accurate. You can download and store this Excel file on your computer. The file contains forms for the Pre-Application, the Final Application and an Application Checklist. 

You can still choose to print out the forms for your files or to send them to us. However, the new electronic version will prevent you from having to enter the same information twice, once on the Pre-Application and again, for the Final Application, when the project is complete.

The electronic application takes the guesswork out of calculating your incentives. The calculations are done automatically. Simply fill in the blanks and you will immediately see which incentives you qualify for and how much you can expect to receive.

Printable Forms
You may instead choose to use a printable Pre-Application (PDF, 27KB) and then a printable Final Application (PDF, 40KB) when the project is complete.

Remember, you must document the equipment installed and the costs associated with each measure you install and submit those details with your Final Application.
