Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
The code describes the behavior we expect from every employee of IDACORP, Idaho Power, our subsidiaries and our officers and directors. The Code should be used as a resource for ethical decision making. Ultimately we need to act in the best interests of our shareholders, customers, employees and communities. Our reputation is our most valuable asset and each one of us must act responsibly to protect our good name and earn our shareholders' trust.
