At Idaho Power, we actively seek cost-effective ways to encourage wise and efficient use of electricity for your home, business or agricultural irrigation.

Schools and Educators

Idaho students use science and math skills to evaluate where energy consumption improvements can and should be made at their school and at home.

Solar installations are set up on school property to help students learn about renewable energy. The energy generated helps participating schools offset a portion of their electricity bills.

Educators can reserve teaching units and videotapes/films on a free-of-charge loan basis. Topics include conservation, electrical safety, generation and more.

Our Environment

The new “Our Environment” section has been added to our Web site. Learn more about wildlife habitat, fish, archaeology and birds, in addition to information on recreation, reservoir levels and stream flows.

A voluntary program for customers who wish to support certified green energy from renewable resources, such as wind and solar.

Provides customers the opportunity to operate their own small-scale renewable power generators to offset all or part of their electricity usage. Allows for sale of excess generation back to Idaho Power.

Register as an account manager and get details on your usage, billings and payments, set up Budget Pay, update account information and more. Compare your usage year-to-year by reviewing past bills.
