Winter Payment Plan
The Winter Payment Plan provides customers lower monthly payments November through March.
With the Winter Payment Plan, payments are equal to half of the participant's Budget Pay amount.
By making the required payments each month, service will not be disconnected during that five-month period.
On April 1, you will be asked to pay the balance due on your account or make a new payment arrangement in order to ensure continuous service.
Who is eligible?
Idaho customers who declare they are unable to pay their bill in full and whose household includes children, elderly or infirm persons.
