Visiting Our Parks

At Idaho Power, we believe that Idaho is an outdoor paradise. We also believe in being good stewards of the environment. Our day-use parks, overnight camping sites and boating facilities enhance some of the best outdoor gems our state has to offer. We balance effective stewardship with our efficient operations. Doing so brings you reliable, fair-priced services while allowing us to improve existing recreational opportunities.
Construction at C.J. Strike
Idaho Power started improvements to overnight camping, boating and fishing facilities at C.J. Strike Reservoir this year. Improvements will continue into 2009. Visit the C.J. Strike Construction section for current information on the affected areas.
Hydroelectric Plant Tours
To tour our hydroelectric plants, including the historic exhibit at Swan Falls, a list of the names and addresses of all adults on the tour must be provided one week in advance. This requirement is due to changes in national security levels.
- For Twin Falls-area tours, contact Area Manager Randy Hill, at 208-736-3458.
- For tours within the Hells Canyon area, contact Area Manager Ric Bobier at 541-785-3323.
