Hells Canyon Overnight Camping Fees
Recreation Facilities at Hells Canyon have been developed and furnished by Idaho Power as a public service. All facilities are open to the public and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are not accepted.
Water to the camping spaces and RV dump stations are shut-off during winter months, however electricity is available at recreational vehicle (RV) sites all year. Restrooms/showers have water year-round.
There are no sewer hookups at individual camping spaces, but each of the developed parks have dump stations available.
The information below provides details about fees and rules for the Hells Canyon Recreation facilities.
Idaho Power offers discounted camping fees to service-disabled veterans and campers over 60. For veterans with any level of service-related disability, overnight camping fees are reduced by 50 percent. Seniors receive $2 off summer rates and $1 off winter rates.
Information about fees at C.J. Strike Reservoir parks is available here.
