The Fish Passage Center, funded by Bonneville Power Administration, is a source of information on passage of juvenile and adult anadromous fish through the mainstem Snake and Columbia rivers hydrosystem.

Anglers can obtain information on the numbers of adult anadromous fish entering the Snake River Basin each year and how those numbers compare to other years.

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife provide information on fishing seasons and license and tag requirements for salmon and steelhead in Idaho and Oregon waters.
