Collects and distributes funds exclusively for charitable purposes to health and human services agencies and 501(c)(3) organizations.

Project Share

Winter Payment Plan
Customers who are unable to pay in full and whose household includes children, elderly, or infirm persons may be able to spread the costs of winter heating over five months with lower monthly payments.
