New Insulation Incentives for Electrically Heated Homes. Gas, propane and oil heated homes no longer qualify for Home Improvement Program incentives.

Beginning April 1, 2012 electrically heated homes may qualify for wall and under-floor insulation incentives, in addition to the attic insulation incentive currently offered! See available incentives. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for incentive processing.

Updated program requirements for all projects.

Participating Contractor Network

To receive incentives, all measures must be installed by a participating contractor who has completed a two-day contractor training course.

Make Your Home Comfortable And Efficient Year-Round!

Did you know that heating and cooling your home can be responsible for as much as 50 percent of your home’s energy use and costs? Upgrading your insulation may help reduce this cost.

Why Upgrade Your Insulation?

Insulation, when installed properly, requires no maintenance and does its job quietly for the life of your house. The amount of insulation in your home is often determined by the building codes in place at the time it was built. Unless insulation was added at a later date, many homes do not have adequate insulation.

Experience The Benefits Of Increased Insulation

The level of insulation in your home can dramatically impact the energy efficiency of your home and your cooling and heating costs. Insulation performance is measured by its R-value, or its ability to resist heat flow; the greater the R-Value, the greater the insulation’s ability to keep winter warmth inside and summer heat outside.

Home Improvement

Get in the energy efficiency game, and earn 15 cents per square foot by upgrading your attic insulation.
