The Dream Home has been carefully crafted to create a more comfortable living space with minimal impact to the environment and lower electric bills for the homeowner.

Making it “net zero” means it is designed to generate as much energy as it consumes (though this will depend upon homeowner usage). Some of the energy efficient products and building techniques included are:
