In 2006, Idaho Power and the Idaho Office of Energy Resources presented ENERGY STAR® Homes Northwest, a new program in Idaho designed to build homes that are 30 percent more efficient than those built to standard code. Below are Energy Star Homes featured in past Parade of Homes from 2008.
