Idaho Power All-Electric ENERGY STAR Home Incentive = $1,000. To qualify for this incentive, build to the 2011 Idaho Power Builder Incentive Specifications (PDF) and complete the following steps.

• The ENERGY STAR Homes enrollment process
• Contract with an independent, third-party Home Performance Specialist
• Build to the Idaho Power all-electric home specifications (PDF)

NOTE: Gas heated homes do not qualify for this incentive.

Parade of Homes Incentive

Idaho Power all-electric ENERGY STAR Home incentive + Parade of Homes Marketing Incentive = $1,500

Builders who build to the all-electric ENERGY STAR Homes specifications and showcase their home in a Parade of Homes event will receive an additional $500 Parade of Homes marketing incentive. To receive this incentive, builders must have ENERGY STAR Homes signage and brochures in and around their Parade Home.

Ductless Heat Pumps

Homes built with ductless heat pumps will qualify builders for the Idaho Power incentive as well. Please read the the ductless heat pump TCO (PDF).
