FlexPeak Management gives you the flexibility to manage your business’s peak demand and electricity usage—all while earning incentives, saving money and saving energy.

By participating in FlexPeak Management, commercial and industrial customers reduce their power usage during times of system peak demand. This helps Idaho Power meet our commitment to continue to provide responsible, reliable, fair-priced energy across Idaho Power’s service area.

Commercial and industrial customers can now participate in this highly customized demand response program.

Customers who wish to participate are open to enroll through EnerNOC, a third-party developer and provider of energy solutions. Participants will work directly with EnerNOC to identify the best ways their business can shift or reduce energy demand during days when the demand for electricity is at its highest.

Participating customers receive:

• A fully customized Demand Reduction Plan
• Free basic access to EnerNOC’s PowerTrack® energy management software that allows customers to view their energy consumption in real-time
• An incentive for agreeing to be “on call” and participate in demand reduction events, and
• An additional incentive for their actual participation in a demand reduction event.

There is no cost to participate. EnerNOC will install all required metering and technology free of charge.

Because FlexPeak Management offers completely customized ways for customers to reduce or shift their energy use, payment amounts will vary based on the amount of energy you can reduce and the frequency of demand response events.
