- Select the "Save As" option to save the file to your computer.
- Open the file from your computer.

Contractors who install lighting retrofits and suppliers/vendors who receive third party incentive payments must sign and submit a 2012 Memorandum of Understanding prior to submitting lighting applications. Note: all three pages of the MOU must be submitted, not just the signature page.
