Perform the following steps to download and complete the application:

1. Download the electronic application  (Excel).
2. Select the "Save" option to save the file to your computer.
3. Open the file and select "Enable Macros," if prompted.
   If you are not prompted to enable the macros and you get an error message upon opening the file, your Excel security settings are set too high to run the program. You may change the settings and try again.
4. Click the "Application Checklist" button to review the steps to apply.
5. Click the “Specific Qualifications” button to review incentive details.
6. Click the "Preliminary Application" button and fill in the required information.
7. When done, click the "Submit" button to e-mail to Idaho Power.
8. Once construction is complete, open the file and this time click the "Final Application" button and fill in the required information.
9. When done, click the "Submit" button to e-mail to Idaho Power. You must also submit your supporting documentation at this stage. Review the Application Checklist (PDF) for detailed information.
