Pat Harrington was appointed as the Corporate Secretary of IDACORP and Idaho Power on March 15, 2007.

Harrington has worked as an attorney at Idaho Power since 1986, focusing in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, corporate governance and subsidiary activities.

Harrington received his undergraduate degree (1982) and juris doctor degree (1985) from the University of Idaho.
