Luci K. McDonald

Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services, IDACORP, Inc. and Idaho Power

Luci McDonald was named vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Services in May 2010.

In addition to Human Resources, McDonald's responsibilities now include Property Services and Fleet.

McDonald was hired as vice president of Human Resources at IDACORP on Dec. 6, 2004, after spending more than 25 years at Boise Cascade Corporation.

While with Boise Cascade, McDonald held positions related to Human Resources in various divisions of Boise Cascade's diverse operations.

In her original role at Idaho Power, McDonald supervised a staff of approximately 40 individuals and had responsibility for employee benefits, compensation, corporate development, employee relations, safety and security.
