Lisa A. Grow

Senior Vice President of Power Supply, Idaho Power

Lisa Grow, appointed senior vice president of Power Supply Oct. 1, 2009, joined Idaho Power in 1987.

Prior to taking on these new responsibilities, Grow served as vice president of Delivery Engineering and Operations since 2005. Her new role enhances development across business operations, and encourages alignment and integration in Idaho Power’s practices.

Grow’s operational experience in Delivery and Power Supply, technical background and demonstrated leadership, position her well for these new responsibilities.

She held several engineering positions in various departments within the company including:

• The Western Electricity Coordinating Council
• The North American Electric Reliability Corporation
• The Edison Electric Institute
• The Idaho Public Utilities Commission
• The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho in 1987 and received her Executive Masters of Business Administration from Boise State University in May 2008.
