Dan B. Minor
Executive Vice President of Operations, IDACORP, Inc. and Idaho Power

Dan Minor was appointed executive vice president for IDACORP, Inc. in May 2010 and will continue to serve as executive vice president of Operations for Idaho Power. He was appointed Idaho Power executive vice president of Operations Oct. 1, 2009, expanding his responsibilities to include the operations of Power Supply, Delivery Engineering and Operations, and Customer Service and Regional Operations.
Minor served as Idaho Power senior vice president of Delivery beginning July 2004. In that role, he was responsible for the company’s electric transmission and distribution systems and retail customer care, including metering and billing. Delivery is Idaho Power’s largest single business unit with approximately 1,200 employees across the company’s 24,000 square-mile service area serving more than 489,000 customers.
Minor is a long-time Idaho Power and IDACORP employee who served in several management positions. He previously served as IDACORP’s vice president, Administrative Services and Human Resources, vice president of Idaho Power’s Corporate Services Department, director of Audit Services for IDACORP and Idaho Power’s senior manager of Idaho Power’s Human Resources Department.
Minor received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Idaho State University in 1981.
