Review the 2011 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) developed every two years by an advisory council representing the environmental community, major industrial and irrigation customers, state legislators, public utility commissions and other stakeholders. They select a resource portfolio to reliably serve the growing demand for energy over the next 20 years, balancing cost, risk and environmental concerns.
