Idaho Power provides transmission services on a non-discriminatory basis under its FERC-approved (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT, or Tariff). 

When there's "space available" on a transmission line, like a water pipe that's not full, we transmit electricity for other companies. Transmission capacity on Idaho Power's system may only be requested over Idaho Power's OASIS (Open Access Same-Time Information System) site.
